王帆，男，汉族，湖北武汉人，2013年毕业于raybet雷竞技，获博士研究生学历。现任raybet最佳电子竞技平台副教授，博士生导师。

主要从事地下工程智能设计与智能施工技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目各1项，主持国家重点研发计划课题、子课题各1项，参与国家自然科学基金重大项目课题、湖北省重大专项等多项科研项目。发表SCI论文30余篇，主编专著1本，获省部级科技进步二等奖1项。
